The asset
The commercial suite at 311 W. Kennewick sits within the larger Bateman Building at 307 W. Kennewick Avenue. The property combines 24 residential units with three first-floor commercial spaces in the center of downtown.
The work
The building requires housing operations, commercial tenancy, maintenance, leasing, improvement, and coordination across the physical systems inside an older mixed-use asset. Jared’s construction and HVAC background keeps the condition of those systems inside the ownership decision.
The outcome
The long-term work is to improve reliability for residents, give useful operators a place to work, and strengthen the relationship between the property and downtown Kennewick without publishing private ownership or financial details.
